Abstract
Op 6 juni 2007 deed de Raad van State uitspraak in een Wob-procedure van de NPS, die erop gericht was informatie te krijgen over het Kabinet van de Koningin. Openbaarheid werd geweigerd. Volgens de Raad van State zijn noch het Kabinet van de Koningin, noch de Koningin zelf, een bestuursorgaan. Toch is er een kans dat openbaarheid langs andere wegen kan worden bereikt.

Abstract
Reactie op het rapport 'Klachten over mediapublicaties' van de commissie-Dommering (VMC). Gepleit wordt voor een eenvoudige, toegankelijke en niet te kostbare geschillenregeling met een wettelijke basis, naar analogie van de Commissie gelijke behandeling.
