Abstract
Voorstel om een zelfstandige amvb te maken die kabinets(in)formateurs verplicht hun dossiers over te dragen aan de nieuwe minister-president. Daardoor zou worden gegarandeerd dat de Wet openbaarheid van betuur van toepassing is.
