Christian Cordoba Lenis is a Junior Researcher at the Institute for Information Law (IViR). He has worked on the MOBIFREE project, which works to give European citizens and organizations greater choice and access when it comes to human-centred and ethical mobile software. Christian is currently conducting legal empirical research into informational self-determination and the surveillance risks posed by mobile applications that provide migrants access to fundamentally protected services as part of the Digital Health For All consortium.

Prior to joining IViR, Christian obtained a master's degree in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. During this time, he also gained experience as a legal journalist, covering European and Dutch developments in AI, privacy, and cybersecurity.
