2026 Annual Conference of the Society for Economic Research on Copyright Issues

On 6 and 7 July IViR will host the
23rd Annual Conference of the Society for Economic Research on Copyright Issues (SERCI).

Local organisers are Joost Poort (University of Amsterdam) and Nerko Hadziarapovic (HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht).

The congress will be held at IViR, Amsterdam Law School, University of Amsterdam.

Programme
The congress will start on Monday 6 July at 9 am, with a keynote address ‘Copyright: Effects of Digitization and Implications for LLMs’ by Imke Reimers (SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University).

After the presentations on Monday, there will be a reception at 5.15 pm, followed by a participant dinner.

The conference will close on Tuesday 7 July at 5 pm.
