Als er geen advocaten meer zijn die burgers bij de rechter of tegen de overheid bijstaan, bestaat onze democratische rechtsstaat alleen nog op papier. Die situatie lijkt meer en meer re\u00ebel te worden, doordat er steeds minder sociaal advocaten zijn. Dit terwijl bijna 40% van de bevolking van hun rechtsbijstand afhankelijk is.
