Emma Bergmans en Jasmijn de Zeeuw van Free Press Unlimited deden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freepressunlimited.org\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/Een%20onderschat%20probleem%2C%20disproportionele%20juridische%20druk%20op%20de%20Nederlandse%20journalistiek.pdf\">onderzoek<\/a> naar dit fenomeen en concludeerden dat de impact van SLAPPs in Nederland wordt onderschat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze tweedelige podcast gaan Wisse van der Lelij en Gabi Trogrli\u0107, voormalig masterstudenten Informatierecht aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, in het kader van het vak International Media Law, Policy and Practice (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ivir.nl\/imlpp\/\">IMLPP<\/a>) hierover met hen in gesprek. Het eerste deel belicht de totstandkoming en resultaten van hun onderzoek en de huidige situatie in Nederland. Het tweede deel zoomt in op de Europese anti-SLAPP-richtlijn en de implementatie ervan in Nederland.
