In het kader hiervan wordt nauw samengewerkt op verschillende gebieden, zoals het doen van onderzoek, de voorbereiding van publicaties en het organiseren van workshops.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivir.nl\/medewerkerpagina\/fahy\">Ronan Fahy<\/a> co&ouml;rdineert een internationaal netwerk van mediarecht specialisten die allen bijdragen aan <em>IRIS &#8211; Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory<\/em>. Hij redigeert de bijdragen en schrijft daarnaast ook zelf voor <em>IRIS<\/em>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivir.nl\/medewerkerpagina\/mcgonagle\">Tarlach McGonagle<\/a> is verantwoordelijk voor de algemene bestuurlijke aangelegenheden met het Observatory en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivir.nl\/medewerkerpagina\/eijk\">Nico van Eijk<\/a> is lid van de Adviescommissie van het Observatory.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Het European Audiovisual Observatory<\/strong><br \/>\n\tHet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.obs.coe.int\/\" target=\"_blank\">European Audiovisual Observatory<\/a> is opgericht in 1992 en heeft als voornaamste doel het verzamelen en verspreiden van informatie over de audiovisuele industrie in Europa. Bij dit publieke orgaan zijn 35 lidstaten en de Europese Unie aangesloten.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>IRIS<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/merlin.obs.coe.int\/newsletter.php\" target=\"_blank\"><em>IRIS &#8211; Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory<\/em><\/a> is een maandelijks verschijnend blad dat verslag doet van de recente juridische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van omroep, film, nieuwe media en de daaraan verwante rechtsgebieden. Er is aandacht voor zowel nationale als internationale ontwikkelingen. Het blad wordt in drie talen gepubliceerd: Engels, Franks en Duits. Het IViR is verantwoordelijk voor de verzameling en verwerking van informatie uit haar internationale netwerk van specialisten, waarbij momenteel 20, vooral West-Europese landen, zijn aangesloten. Daarnaast is het IViR belast met het bijhouden en het verslag doen van relevante ontwikkelingen in de Europese Unie en de Raad van Europa.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSinds januari 2010 is IRIS kosteloos elektronisch beschikbaar. Artikelen uit eerdere afleveringen van IRIS zijn ook kosteloos toegankelijk in de <a href=\"http:\/\/merlin.obs.coe.int\/cgi-bin\/search.php\" target=\"_blank\">IRIS Merlin Databank<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>IRIS plus<\/strong><br \/>\n\tIedere tweede aflevering van de IRIS nieuwsbrief bevat een supplement, onder de naam IRIS plus, dat is gewijd aan een bepaald thema. Dit supplement biedt ruimte voor meer diepgaande publicaties over actuele onderwerpen in de Europese audiovisuele sector. Het IViR verzorgt ieder jaar twee IRIS plus publicaties. IRIS IRIS - Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory is een maandelijks verschijnend blad dat verslag doet van de recente juridische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van omroep, film, nieuwe media en de daaraan verwante rechtsgebieden. Er is aandacht voor zowel nationale als internationale ontwikkelingen. Het blad wordt in drie talen gepubliceerd: Engels, Franks en Duits.
