Curriculum Vitae
|
Gerard Mom studied Dutch
Law at the State University of Leiden and has been
working as a lecturer in the Law Faculty of the
University of Amsterdam since September 1974. He
lectures on copyright and industrial property issues. He
was awarded a doctorate by the University of Amsterdam
in 1990 for his thesis, Kabeltelevisie en
auteursrecht (Cable television and copyright). He is
a member of the editorial board of AMI (journal
for copyright, media en information law). Furthermore,
he is member of the executive committee of the Stichting
Auteursrechtmanifestaties (Foundation for copyright
issues). He is editor of the loose-leaf MAG -
Juridische vraagbaak voor marketing, reclame en verkoop
and of the series Adfo-Juridisch. He is also a
contributor to the loose-leaf VUGA publication Intellectuele
Eigendom.
