Stefan Kulk is an
Information Law Research Masters student at the
Institute for Information Law. Before continuing his
studies in Amsterdam, he studied at the University of
Leiden where he completed an LL.M. programme on
Constitutional and Administrative Law.
Stefan is conducting
research on the liability of intermediary service
providers on the Internet. He is also researching
competition law aspects of collective rights management
in the European Union.
