Marjanka Vermunt studies
Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and specializes in
Intellectual Property (Copyright and Industrial Property) and
Media and Information Law. She worked as an intern at
the Appellate Court of Amsterdam and at the Ministry of
Justice, Directorate Legislation, Civil Law Division in The
Hague. During the fall of 1998 Marjanka studied for five
months at New York University School of Law as part of an
exchange program. She is now working on a study ordered by the
European Commission on Copyright and Contracts in the European
Member States.
