Curriculum Vitae
|
Martin Senftleben studied
law at the University of Heidelberg and Sacred Music at the
Conservatory of the Badische Landeskirche in Heidelberg. In
the course of his legal studies, he specialized in
Intellectual Property Law, and in particular, in Copyright
Law. After graduating in 2000, he worked as a project
researcher in the field of the UCITA at the Institute for
Information Law of Prof. Dr. Thomas Dreier, M.C.J. in
Karlsruhe. Mr. Senftleben´s thesis deals with the
possibilities which the 'three-step test' offers for the shape
of copyright exceptions in the emerging information society.
His activities at the IViR focus on the same subject within
the framework of the ITeR project on 'The Scope of the
`Three-step Test´ in the Digital Environment'.
