| Christiaan Alberdingk
Thijm is a lecturer in Intellectual Property and
Information Law at IViR. He is also a partner at
Amsterdam law firm SOLV
Advocaten.
Christiaan's academic
interests focus on the interface between law and
technology, which is also the topic of his book, Het
Nieuwe Informatierecht. Nieuwe regels voor het internet
(Academic Service, 2005). He covers law and technology
issues for Nederlands Juristenblad (NJB) and is
an editor of AMI. He is an editor of the Information
Technology & Law series (Cambridge University
Press) and a member of the group of legal experts of ECP.nl.
