Curriculum Vitae

Sjoerd van Geffen studied
Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam, and is specialized
in Information Law (Intellectual Property, Media,
Telecommunications) and Competition Law. He has been a
student-stagiaire at the Institute in 2000 and managed the
website since then. He was also a researcher at
SEO
Economic Research. Currently mr. Van Geffen is preparing
his doctoral thesis on the regulation of electronic
communication networks and works at the Ministery of Economic
Affairs in The Hague.
