Stefan Kulk was an
Information Law Research Masters student at the
Institute for Information Law. Before continuing his
studies in Amsterdam, he studied at the University of
Leiden where he completed an LL.M. programme on
Constitutional and Administrative Law.
Stefan is now an
PhD-candidate at CIER (Centrum voor Intellectueel
Eigendomsrecht) at University Utrecht.
