Curriculum Vitae

Marco Konert studied law at
Utrecht University, specialising in administrative law and
private law. He also obtained a degree in electrical
engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, where he
specialised in telecommunications, digital systems and
use-system interaction. At IViR he worked on the
updating of several IViR publications in the field of
telecommunications law.
