Curriculum Vitae

Hans Fischer studied
electrical engineering at the Technical University of
Eindhoven and graduated in 1989 from the Faculty of
Technology Management (specialising in mathematical
didactics for secondary education). Alongside a career
with a large telecommunications company, he was a
lecturer at hte Technical University of Delft. He was a
member of the Ministry of Justice project group Wetgeving
voor de elektronische snelweg (1997) and worked for
OPTA as a technical expert for Interconnectie en
Bijzonder Toegang (1998). At IViR he worked at his doctoral thesis on traffic data in
telecommunications networks.
