law. European law at the University of Stockholm. Stage at the
European Commission in the Competition Directory, unit Media
and Music publishing. Lawyer at Liederkerk Simeon Wessing
Houthoff in Brussels (specialisation Dutch and European
competition law; free movement of goods and services),
subsequently lawyer at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam
(specialisation in intellectual property, advertising law,
free movement of services and the freedom of establishment,
healthcare law). In preparation: PhD theses Cross-border
advertising under EC internal market law at the Institute for
Information law of the University of Amsterdam. Editor of
Praktijkboek Reclamerecht (Practice guide advertising law),
Wetgeving Geneesmiddelen (healthcare legislation) and
Jurisprudentie Geneesmiddelenrecht (healthcare caselaw
reporter). Publications about competition law, intellectual
