|
David Korteweg is a Research Master's student at IViR.
He studied Law at Utrecht University (LL.B., cum laude,
2008) and at the University of Edinburgh. While studying
Law he was a legal intern at Brinkhof and Howrey law
firms. Before starting the Research
Master in Information Law, he was a part-time
international intern at the Electronic Frontier
Foundation (EFF) in San Francisco.
As part of his Master's programme, he studied at NYU
School of Law for the fall semester in 2009. He is
currently working on his Master's thesis on
jurisdictional issues in defamation cases within the EU.
