Curriculum Vitae

Isabelle Ghislain is a
Research Masters Student at IViR. In 2008 she graduated
from the Catholic University of Leuven and obtained the
diploma Masters of Law. The following year, Isabelle
successfully completed the L.L.M. in Intellectual
Property Law at the Catholic University of Brussels.
In-between both studies, she studied Business Law at the
University of California, Los Angeles. In 2009, she won
second prize in the Belgian Jura Falconis Prize,
resulting in her first publication in the field of
Information Law.
As part of the Research Masters Programme, she conducts
research at IViR and is following several courses
offered by IViR. She combines her studies with an
editorial job for Boek9 and a legal internship at the
department IPT of DLA Piper Amsterdam. Since 2009,
Isabelle has been writing a legal column in a Belgian
magazine. |
