Curriculum Vitae

Marieke Berghuis studied
Dutch Law (2002, cum laude) at the University of
Amsterdam. During her degree, she participated in an exchange
program at Fordham University School of Law in New York.
Currently, she is working as a researcher on a project
concerning information licenses and the American ‘Uniform
Computer Information Transactions Act’.
