Curriculum Vitae

| Arno Brinkman studied
Law at Utrecht University where he obtained his law
degree (LL.M.) in 2007. He has a special interest in
pharmaceutical (advertising) law. Arno wrote his thesis
on the role of self-regulatory authorities in medicinal
advertising.
Arno is conducting
research in the field of medicinal advertising and is
currently participating in an evaluation of the
Medicines Advertising Decree (MAD).
