Registration
Please return the completed application
form. The course fee is payable by international
money order, transfer of funds or credit card, within
three weeks of reception of the invoice. In view of the
limited number of places available, early registration
is recommended. Confirmation of registration will be
forwarded along with the invoice for payment of the
course. Please note that the course may be cancelled or
postponed if the number of participants is insufficient.
Fee
€ 1.900,- including
course material, five lunches, opening dinner, and
closing reception. A limited number of participants from
academic institutions will be allowed to join for €
850.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of participation must be done in
writing. For full restitution of the fee, cancellation
must be notified before one month from the start of the
course; thereafter an amount of € 250,-- will be
charged to cover administration costs. If cancellation
occurs within two weeks of the start of the course, the
IViR has the right to charge the whole amount of the
fee. Registered participants may be replaced, provided
that the IViR is duly notified in advance.
