| Any cancellation of
participation must be done in writing. For full
restitution of the fee, cancellation must be notified
before one month from the start of the course,
thereafter an amount of € 250,-- will be charged to
cover administration costs. If cancellation occurs
within two weeks from the start of the course, the IViR
has the right to charge the whole amount of the fee.
Registered participants may be replaced, provided that
the IViR is duly notified in advance.
